Where will these contests be hosted?
These contests are only held in our Discord group, ACNH Arcade, and Facebook group, ACNH Timmy and Tommy's Arcade...'cade. NOT on any social accounts, not even our official ones.

When will these contests be hosted?

Quartely, every 3 months. So our objective is to host these contests 4 times a year. With a monthly overview of the costs and distribute payments to all designers that had their merchandise sold.

What benefits do contest winners receive?

Winners will be announced on Facebook and Discord, plus a spot on the main shop page with their designs. On every product description, you will find the name of the designer and that designer will always gain 70% of the profits after manufacturing/shipping costs. Any left over profit will go towards the groups. Designers only get paid if their product were purchased.

Why was this shop created for?

Our plan is to compensate local designers, lower the out-of-pocket costs from our volunteered staff, and give the communities real life giveaways more often, but with the help of other members and combine our contributions. This is ALL volunteer work, no one is obligated to purchase someone's design nor have our staff host real life giveaways all the time, this has always been from the kindness of the community and we truly appreciate that.

How is the Facebook and Discord group sharing the profits?

We are connected at all times in group conversations.

1) After every month, we will evaluate the profits after revenue (products that have been sold).

2) Give all designers their compensation through their preferred payment method (only to designers that have gotten their product sold).

3) After distrubutions are completed, anything left over for the group will go towards real life giveaways for our members.

Will winners sign a contract to sign?
Yes, to protect the winner(s) and the group, to make sure that everyone is on the same page. A contract will ensure that both parties accept the agreements before proceeding.

We only accept designers who are 18+ and older. We do not accept minors at this time. We may ask for an ID to verify you are an adult if we suspect you to be under 18 years old.
